REMOTE PUMPING

A major application we implement is for remote livestock watering. The expense of extending a utility line or remote generator to pump water is expensive and/or maintenance heavy. (PTO generators).

The perfect option is a pump that has the capability to rise water using solar, wind or generator. The 2 pumps we sell can accommodate this remote application. The best, highest quality unit is a pump that can use multi voltage with either AC or DC current. On a typical day at 120-ft this pump can deliver 4800 gallons of water from 600 watts of solar panels. It has a maximum pumping depth of 360 feet. The water is fed into a holding tank, then gravity fed to stock tanks around the ranch. Many of the remote systems can qualify for funds through the NRCS program at the Department of Agriculture.

Grundfos submersible motors - in a class of their own Grundfos has been manufacturing quality submersible motors for more than 30 years, and the highly efficient Grundfos MS submersible motors are rated among the very best on the market. The MS motors are based on state-of-the-art technology that comprises highly reliable shaft seals and heavy-duty thrust bearings. High efficiency and a long operating life ensure low long-term Cost of Ownership.

Off-grid "Powershacks" are remote systems that power a cabin, an off-grid home or pump water. The application is for agriculture water pumping. It is usually used for livestock watering in remote areas where grazing land for cattle is plentiful, but water is needed. Depending on the pumps we use, lower water tables can pump down to ½ gallon per minute or up to 11 gallons per minute.
